Our guide, Rui, was very professional. He shared a lot about Icelandic history and geography with us and was also very considerate of our dining experience. When one of our group members' shoes got soaked, Rui immediately gave us a free pair of socks. Having a knowledgeable and experienced guide makes the trip worry-free and enjoyable.

Thanks to wenhua's meticulous planning, this trip to Iceland exceeded my expectations. The itinerary was well-paced, and the Gullfoss waterfall, black sand beach, and glacial lagoon were all stunning. Even the rain and wind didn't affect our trip. Our guide, Rui, was incredibly professional, providing engaging commentary throughout. I will definitely choose wenhua again for my next trip and look forward to the next one!

Our 6-day, 5-night Game of Thrones tour concluded last night, and I must give a shout-out to our tour guide, Muzi. Her care, reminders, arrangements, and assistance throughout the trip are, of course, the duty of a tour guide, and everyone was very satisfied! I especially want to thank Muzi for her proactive call to inquire about our situation after the tour ended at 7 PM last night when we went to check in at the airport. Due to some issues, we couldn't complete the check-in process immediately, and it was past 9 PM.

A journey through life. Our tour guide, Sister Muzi, is my one and only guide in life: genuine, lovely, patient, and upright. I feel so lucky to know her; she's truly a very special girl. She was also incredibly responsible towards the group members; I witnessed and was aware of many things that happened. The group members were also wonderful. The driver was also very responsible, driving very smoothly. I'm especially grateful for the weather; it was beautiful in any weather. This trip will forever be etched in my memory.

The itinerary's pick-up and drop-off arrangements were too rigid. Could a more flexible arrangement be considered, such as local pick-up and drop-off? Due to the airport's remote location, transportation to and from other destinations is inconvenient. If there's a significant time difference between the self-booked round-trip flight times and the fixed airport transfer times, it slightly diminishes the experience on the first and sixth days of the trip.
The middle part of the itinerary was quite reasonable, and the tour went smoothly.
Our guide, Liu, was excellent! He was patient and responsible throughout, providing rich and interesting explanations. He effectively optimized everyone's itinerary experience, and the recommended local meals were also excellent! Thank you, Liu, for enhancing the overall experience!

I came to Iceland from the US with my son and daughter‑in‑law, Joe and Annie. I’m 81. On our first day, Christian got me a single room to rest and let me sit at the back of the bus.
Some tour members were selfish. They kept complaining, showed up late and made trouble. Even when treated badly, Christian stayed patient and tried his best to keep everyone getting along.
He is such a great guide. I really admire him and feel for him. I hope I can see him again.
Thank you,
Gyla

Because I wasn't getting enough rest sharing a room with other members of the tour group, I mentioned this to our guide, Song. However, the other male members of the group were also reluctant to share a room with me, and some even had conflicts with Song. Song, considering the overall well-being of the group, gave up his own room to share with me. I was deeply moved; I've never encountered such a considerate tour guide before. I definitely want to give Song a five-star rating.
